Register your token

This is where you enter your cooking with schools token number. This can be found on the coverleaf inside your tub of Flora.

• Token numbers MUST be entered exactly as they are shown on the coverleaf
• Token numbers MUST contain 10 digits
• ONLY numbers can be entered – NO letters or other characters
• Token numbers can only be submitted ONCE

This is where you select the school that you'd like your cooking with schools token to go to. You can find your school either By School Name or Address or Map.

To find your school by School Name or Address simply start typing the Name or Address into the form field. As you type, possible matches for your search term will be listed, depending on your internet connection speed this might take a few seconds to display the results. You can then scroll through the list to find your school and select it.

If you can't find your school we'd suggest the following:

• Check you have the spelling correct
• Check possible spelling variations, for example a school might be listed as St Marys or St Mary's
• Try searching by address or postcode in this form instead of by school name

To find your school by Map you can enter the location of your school – village, town or postcode should work best. You should then be able to locate the Red Pin that is closest to your schools location. Once you've found it, click on the Red Pin to select.

This is where we ask you to enter the security code that you can see on the screen. This is not related to the token number and CANNOT be found on the flora pack. It's generally a random string of letters and numbers that are sometimes a little bit difficult to read.

The reason that we ask you to enter this is so that we can be sure you're a real person entering a token and not a computer programme trying to hack or corrupt the system.

If you're having problems reading the code you can click on 'New Image' and another security code will appear.

Unfortunately we cannot accept tokens where the security code has not been entered correctly. If you continue to have problems with it, please contact careline who should be able to help.
